One useless train trip

I usually get up everyday at 6 am because my classes start at 8 o'clock and I live in the back of beyond! Today I was supposed to get up at 6 am to go to the first class (which has passed a month since I don't go, so I really really REALLY had to go!). Instead of waking up at 6 am, I woke up at 6:30 because I felt asleep and I only had like 10 mins to dress up, prepare my bag, eat, brush my teeth, and do that kind of stuff that you do in the morning, which seems a lot of time but in fact, it isn't for a girl. So I was doing everything at the speed of light to catch the train and arrive on time. grrr, I hate to stress early in the morning! Finally, there I was catching the train and going to University. When I reached the subway doors, I came across with a paper pasted on the door saying that the subway was closed due to a strike. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME, RIGHT?!" That's what I immediatly thought! Five minutes later, there I was, catching the train again but this time to go backwards...

In other words, I almost sweat to catch the train on time so I wouldn't miss that class again and I missed it again today!

Lesson learned: Maybe I should pay attention to the news!
